PROCEDURES

All embellished garments can be machine washed. It is recommended washing on delicate press cycle, inside out. DO NOT iron over heat pressed logo. Logos damaged due to ironing will not be replaced by Campus Wear. Embroidered logos follow the same procedure as heat pressed. 

Discounted pricing and "Flash Sales" are offered throughout the year and communicated to each institution and noted on the website. Formal quotes are required for large quantities and must be approved prior to production.

Orders are processed as quickly as possible. Because each order is unique, please be aware of factors that can effect delivery. These include: embroidery lead times, stock availability and processing time.

• Allow 1 week lead time for embroidery with an extended time of 2 weeks during busy season (June thru September)
• Back orders can take up to 7-10 days to process (plus transit time)
• "Bulk"orders are special and are delivered to the school free of charge(*must be on Bulk agreement program)
• UPS, FedEx and USPS orders are shipped to address on order at customers expense
• Campus Wear can not be held liable for misplaced shipments
• All internet orders are prepaid NO C.O.D's are permitted
